王一先生现任上海奥浦迈生物的纯化副总监，负责蛋白纯化工艺的开发和生产工作，同时作为CMC project leader 负责CMC项目。入职奥浦迈前，就职于博威生物和药明生物，在此期间，积累了广泛的生物药CMC项目经验，包括：建立纯化的工艺开发和中试生产平台，完成3个CMC项目IND，完成了10多个抗体类项目的纯化工艺开发，技术转移与生产工作。

Mr. Yi Wang currently works as Associate Director of Purification at OPM, responsible for CDMO protein purification process development and manufacturing. Mr. Wang also works as project leader for CMC projects. Before joining OPM, Mr. Wang worked at mabVenture and Wuxi Biologics, during which he accumulated extensive experience in CMC projects, including establishing purification process development and pilot production platform, completing 3 CMC projects for IND, and fulfilling purification process development, technology transfer and production for 10+ antibody drugs.
