浙江省千人计划入选者。2008年获堪萨斯大学药物化学博士学位，2011年至2016年就职于海正药业，担任技术总监。主要研究多肽、蛋白质、单克隆抗体以及疫苗等生物制药的分析以及创新剂型设计与优化，着重解决生物药所特有的不稳定性和结构与功能复杂性。参与完成了十余个的新药申报工作并获得十余项生物药临床批件。兼任浙江省药学会生物制药青委会主任委员和浙江省海高会生物医药分会理事。作为子课题负责人承担2项国家重大新药创制专项。

Dr. Fang is currently an associate professor at College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University. His major research interests are biopharmaceutical formulation and characterization, focusing on stability issues. He got his PhD in medicinal chemistry from the University of Kansas in 2008 and worked as a Research Associate at University of Colorado from 2008 to 2011 and Director of Biopharmaceutical Formulation and Analysis from 2011 to 2016. He is responsible for developing formulation for more than 10 biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceuticals.
